Prices on all e-GO PACKs are all inclusive as detailed under each PACK and require at least a 50% down payment before any work begins. Balance of the PACK price must be paid in full at the completion of the work unless a payment plan is arranged between the Owner of e-GO PACK and the Client in writing on the contract at the time the contract is signed by both parties.
Upon selecting an e-GO PACK, a drop-down menu will appear and Client may choose to "Pay 50% Now" or to "Pay-in-Full Now." Client will then be led to PayPal to make their payment. Work will begin upon receipt of payment.
Owner uses a website builder hosting service that offers upgrade options for which Client would be required to make payments. Such options are solely at Client's discretion and are not included in any e-GO PACK pricing. Owner will only make suggestions to Client on the best upgrade packages available for their website, but the choice is the Client's. If Client chooses not to upgrade, there is no monthly fee charged by the hosting site, however ads from the hosting site will be displayed on the free site.
Furthermore, Owner is not a web programmer. Owner's pricing covers only the time spent to design, structure and build Client's website within the hosting site’s pre-formatted software, set-up Client’s social sites, consultations with Client during the building process, and training Client on how to maintain their site. Pricing does not include any upgrade package costs offered by the hosting site.

Terms & Conditions
The e-GO PACK is a service performed by the Owner of CCSemick Writing Services, Cheryl Semick. The following Terms & Conditions are hereby set forth to govern the e-GO PACK contracts between the owner of e-GO PACK and the client:
Client has 24 hours to cancel their e-GO PACK contract from the date payment is received. Cancellation of an e-GO PACK contract must be made in writing and mailed to the owner's address as it appears on the client contract via U.S. Postal Service and postmarked within the first five days from the date initial payment was received. When those conditions are met, initial payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of client's written cancellation request.
If initial payment was paid-in-full: Once work has begun--and up to half-way completed, only funds up to one-half of client payment may be refunded, and only after owner receives a written letter from client requesting to cancel their e-GO PACK contract. When those conditions are met, such funds will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of client's written cancellation request.
If initial payment was 50% paid: Once work is at the halfway point of completion, and client wishes to cancel their e-GO PACK contract, then only a 30% refund of their initial down payment will be refunded. A written letter from client stating they wish to cancel their contract and mailed to the owner's address as it appears on the client contract via U.S. Postal Service must be received before work is considered cancelled. When those conditions are met, funds will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of client's written cancellation request.
No refunds will be given once owner's work on client's website has surpassed the half-way point (halfway point is determined by the number of pages projected for the website at the time of the initial consultation. The number of projected pages will be stated on the contract).
